**Job Summary:**
RT Medical is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse with RT Medical, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess and monitor patients' health status
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Provide wound care and manage medical equipment
- Educate patients and their families on health management
- Supervise and coordinate care provided by other healthcare staff
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid
- Document patients' medical histories and progress
**Requirements:**
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Experience as a visiting nurse, visiting registered nurse, visiting registered practical nurse, and/or community nurse
- Physical ability to stand, bend, walk, crouch, kneel, and reach
- Ability to lift 50lbs independently
- Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR certification
- Updated immunization records, including a two-step tuberculosis test within the last 6 months
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
- Ability to interact with others in a caring, tactful, and courteous manner
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and crisis resolution skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid G2/G driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
