Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vape shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, managing inventory, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that products are stocked and displayed effectively to meet customer demand.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and team productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
