Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Furniture Ville is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Work Environment:

Furniture Ville is a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly around the store to respond to customer needs.
