Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Pet Valu. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, to ensure profitability.
  • Provide coaching and training to staff to improve their skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
