Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Chicken Chef Family Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen and dining team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of kitchen and dining staff, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that supplies are ordered and stocked as needed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and concerns, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other key metrics, providing regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Certifications: Must have any required certifications for the position.
