Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on geotechnical consulting assignments;
  • Share expertise across regions to develop innovative solutions for projects;
  • Lead the preparation of geotechnical studies and reports, providing insights on various project-related geotechnical issues;
  • Offer geotechnical engineering support for multi-disciplinary projects including infrastructure, buildings, and more;
  • Design and oversee geotechnical investigation programs, prepare bidding documents, and evaluate submissions;
  • Analyze and address geotechnical challenges such as settlement, slope stability, and excavation procedures;
  • Supervise field operations including monitoring of boreholes and construction activities;
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as needed within the team.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in Geotechnical Engineering from an accredited institution;
  • Registered or eligible for registration as a professional geotechnical engineer;
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in geotechnical or geomechanics engineering;
  • Proficiency in geotechnical software such as GeoStudio, Ensoft, or Rocscience;
  • Strong initiative and self-direction;
  • Proven ability to manage projects effectively and within budget;
  • Capability to critically evaluate geotechnical analysis outputs.
