About the Role:

The Campus Director will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and operational success of our campus. This role will require a strong leader who can foster innovation, inspire excellence, and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Admissions and Student Management: Meet enrollment and retention goals, contributing to and monitoring the quality of the student experience.
  2. Financial Management: Continuously monitor and analyze campus performance data to ensure responsiveness to issues.
  3. Staff Management: Manage instructors and staff to ensure student success.
  4. Academic and Compliance: Ensure academic and administrative operations are in compliance with regulatory bodies, government agencies, policies, and procedures.
  5. Leadership and Collaboration: Act in a manner that upholds the College standards, providing leadership, direction, support, and motivation to team members.

Requirements:

  1. Completion of a post-secondary degree. Master's degree preferred.
  2. A minimum of five years' experience in an operations management role with exposure to business development and sales.
  3. Experience in a private post-secondary environment considered an asset.
  4. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Advanced oral and written communication skills, including presentation, group facilitation, and business writing skills.
  2. Ability to provide leadership, direction, support, and motivation.
  3. Ability to work with a variety of disciplines and levels of an organization.
  4. Advanced numeracy skills, including ability to prepare and manage budgets and budget variances, prepare and analyze financial reports.
  5. Experience in conducting complex analyses and interpreting budgetary and statistical data.
  6. Thorough knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook.
  7. Ability to maintain effective relationships with diverse groups and various stakeholders.
  8. Ability to work independently with limited direction.
  9. Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills with ability to make appropriate decisions under pressure.
