We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Bolton Toyota. As a key member of our Service Department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service and sales support to our valued customers
  • Greet and engage with customers on the phone and in-person, building rapport and trust
  • Offer personalized repair recommendations and explain the nature of repairs in a clear and concise manner
  • Advise customers on vehicle maintenance and provide guidance on how to keep their vehicles in optimal condition
  • Schedule appointments and manage customer schedules with ease
  • Sell labour and other services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customers simultaneously
  • CDK experience is an asset, but not required
