Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect elevators, handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, pick up debris and empty trash containers, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Guest Services: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide excellent customer service, respond to guests' requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, overtime required, standing for extended periods.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, values and ethics.
