Housekeeping Manager

Motel 6 Trenton is seeking a highly motivated and organized Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise a team of housekeeping staff to ensure excellent service and high-quality cleaning standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel rooms and public areas to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
- Recommend and arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, and replacement of furnishings and equipment as needed.
- Assist housekeeping staff with their duties as needed and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads.
Motel 6 Trenton is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be working in a hotel setting with a team of housekeeping staff. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends and holidays.
