Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team at our North Bay clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional nursing services to patients, develop and maintain effective care plans, and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain effective care plans for patients, working independently or in collaboration with Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS)
- Provide a wide range of nursing services, including compression therapy, oncology support, hydration management, and wound care
- Work with patients to provide exceptional nursing services, including in-person care and virtual support
- Perform other clinical duties as required
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
- Strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- CPR Certification
- Current immunization record, including 2-step TB test
- Vulnerable sector check and clear background check
