About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team at CarePartners in North Bay. As a Nurse Clinician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing services to our patients in a fully equipped nursing clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective Care Plans with respect to Community Health Services.
- Provide a wide spectrum of services, including compression therapy, oncology support, hydration management, IV therapy, ostomy and wound care, catheter management, etc.
- Perform other clinical duties as required.
