Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team as a Nurse Clinician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing services to our patients in our fully equipped nursing clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain effective care plans for patients receiving community health services
- Provide a wide range of nursing services, including compression therapy, oncology support, hydration management, IV therapy, ostomy and wound care, and catheter management
- Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Perform other clinical duties as required
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- CPR certification
- Current immunization record, including a 2-step TB test
- Vulnerable sector check and clear background check
