Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at PETRO CANADA. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Supervision: 1 to 2 people
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, walking, standing for extended periods
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player
