Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Technical Oversight: Oversee the design and engineering processes for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications, conducting regular reviews and inspections.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and project financials are accurately reported.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within MEP projects in a consulting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
