Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the hotel, including daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare and manage hotel budgets, ensuring financial stability and profitability.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in hotel management.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
