Parking Operations Specialist (Seasonal)
The Parking Operations Specialist is a dynamic role that involves actively engaging with customers throughout the parking facility during peak traffic times. The primary focus of this position is to maintain a visible presence and proactively assist patrons. Responsibilities include providing detailed information on parking rates, availability, and operational procedures, as well as guiding customers to appropriate parking spots and payment stations. Additionally, you will address any inquiries or concerns to enhance the overall customer experience. Ensuring a secure environment is crucial; you will report any suspicious activities and provide assistance during emergencies. Collaborating with fellow team members is essential to facilitate smooth operations and communicate any significant incidents or challenges.

Temporary Seasonal - Part-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide necessary information.
- Communicate details regarding parking rates, exit protocols, and accepted payment methods.
- Support contingency operations during irregular situations or high capacity.
- Report operational needs related to maintenance, waste management, and cleanliness.
- Assist the Parking Supervisor and PARCS Specialist as required.
- Perform basic maintenance on parking equipment.
- Deliver clear instructions to customers and airport personnel.
- Conduct parking lot counts and initiate contingency measures when capacity is reached.
- Facilitate peak traffic flow based on flight schedules and parking transaction data at both International and Domestic terminals.
- Manage overflow parking when necessary.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Familiarity with the parking industry and general operations.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence in resolving conflicts effectively.
- A combination of relevant experience and education will be considered.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment with multiple departments.
- Capable of making quick decisions with limited information and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to apply common sense in various situations.
- Familiar with adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
