Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Administrator to join our team at Reimagined Parking. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our business systems, ensuring efficient and accurate data entry and modification in multiple databases and internal sites.
Key Responsibilities- Business Systems Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date data in multiple databases and internal sites, ensuring seamless integration and efficient data flow.
- Operational Support: Provide expert-level support to our internal operations teams, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Data Analysis and Troubleshooting: Analyze and troubleshoot data issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate data and reporting, maintaining open communication channels and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance data management and business operations, contributing to the growth and success of Reimagined Parking.
- Experience: 1+ years of data entry and administration experience, with a strong background in business operations and data management.
- Skills: Excellent English grammar, spelling, and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration, computer science, or related field preferred.
