**Job Summary**

This is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Manager at Paul Equipment in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, coordinate sales and customer service activities, and ensure the branch meets financial goals while upholding company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Inventory management, sales, and customer service skills
  • Experience in the construction and/or forestry equipment or related industry
  • Leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of construction and forestry product and market is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
