Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team at WNL LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on equipment and vehicles.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
  • Work Coordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows.
  • Weight Handling: Able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, organized, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
