Job Title: Transportation Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Triple Eagle Logistics (Alberta) Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Organize tasks to accomplish work and meet deadlines.
  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and maintenance.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management.
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies.
  • Conduct performance reviews.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • Asset languages: Mandarin.
  • Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Windows.
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail.
  • Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, team player.
