As a Baker at Tim Horton 2974, you will play a crucial role in crafting a variety of baked goods that delight our customers. Your expertise in preparing and baking will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
Educational Requirements- No formal education, certificate, or diploma required.
- Prepare dough for a range of products including pies, bread, rolls, and pastries, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, following established recipes or special customer requests.
- Bake a variety of doughs and batters to perfection.
- Decorate and frost cakes and other baked items to enhance their presentation.
- Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of baked goods.
- Maintain product quality by adhering to established standards.
- Organize and manage inventory effectively.
- Supervise the sales and merchandising of baked products.
- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Comprehensive dental plan.
