Key Responsibilities
  • HR Strategy and Consultation: Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Workforce Planning and Development: Collaborate with managers to design and implement effective workforce plans, including job requirements and job descriptions.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention: Conduct exit interviews, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Performance Management and Development: Educate and coach managers on performance management and employee development goals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • HR Operations and Compliance: Manage core HR processes, including performance calibration, compensation cycle, and promotions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Change Management and Organizational Development: Drive organizational change initiatives, leveraging your expertise in HR functions to optimize employee productivity and acceptance.
  • Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Participate in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and mediation, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Knowledge Management and Staying Current: Stay up-to-date on trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in Human Resources, Talent Management, and Employment Law.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, or Business Administration, with a CHRP designation or CPHR designation in progress.
  • Experience: Over 5 years of experience in a Human Resource environment, with a proven track record of driving business results through HR initiatives.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
