Job Title: Excavator Operator

We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team at NEW RISE TRANSPORT LTD.

Job Summary:

The Excavator Operator will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, conducting pre-operational checks, and performing minor repairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate heavy equipment, including excavators, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Perform minor repairs to equipment as needed.
  • Clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks.
  • Secure special attachments to equipment.
  • Operate hydraulic pumping systems.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in heavy equipment operation.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Excavator Operator will work in various locations, with a physically demanding work environment.

Education:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Own Tools/Equipment:
  • Steel-toed safety boots.
  • Hard hat.
  • Safety glasses/goggles.
  • Safety vest.
