Seasonal Customer Experience Ambassador

At Indigo, we're seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional customer experience that sets us apart from the rest.
Key Responsibilities:- Create a warm and welcoming environment for our customers
- Add joy to our customers' lives by providing exceptional service and product knowledge
- Leverage our product to tell stories and connect with our customers on a deeper level
- Engage and connect with our customers on the sales floor, ensuring they feel valued and supported
- Curate specific product collections for each customer you meet, showcasing our unique offerings
- Ensure Visual Standards are followed and maintained, creating a cohesive and inviting store environment
- Role model Indigo's High Performance Characteristics, embodying our values and mission
- Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and programs, sharing your knowledge with customers and colleagues alike
- Contribute to a culture where everyone knows their health and safety is a top priority, actively participating in ensuring the well-being of each other and our customers
- Respond to customer feedback in a timely manner, taking ownership of resolving any issues
- Hold yourself and others accountable, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth
- Share ideas with our Leadership Team on how to improve the employee and customer experience, driving positive change and innovation
- Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment is preferred but not required
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new things and be exposed to all aspects of the store
- Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques
- Availability to work a flexible schedule starting at 6am to 11pm, minimum 4 shifts per week, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights, and early mornings
