Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at A&W (Uxbridge). As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including preparing and portioning food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that they are following company policies and procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare reports as required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with some post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
The Shift Manager will work in a fast-paced food service environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
