Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at A&W (Uxbridge). As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and develop our team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Prepare and submit reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve our operations.
- Address customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry.
- College or CEGEP education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
Our restaurant is located in an urban area and is a fast-paced environment. As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you will be required to stand for extended periods and walk frequently.
