About the Role

The Residential Services Attendant is a key member of our Residential Services Team, responsible for ensuring the seamless arrival and departure of our residents and their guests. This role requires a warm and welcoming demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet residents and their guests upon arrival and departure
  • Load and unload packages from vehicles
  • Assist residents and their guests with general inquiries about the local area
  • Transport packages, dry cleaning, groceries, and other items to the residences
  • Assist the Residential Concierge as needed
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Guest Services role in a high-end residential or hotel operation
  • Excellent communication skills and command of the English language
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 60lbs

Schedule and Hours

The ideal candidate will have an open work schedule and be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Shifts range from as early as 6:00am to as late as 10:30pm.
