Our Personal Support Workers are responsible for providing care and support to patients in their homes or in facilities, ensuring they can recover safely from an acute illness or remain in their homes throughout the aging process.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, toileting, and skincare
* Continuously assess and respond to the changing needs of patients, communicating available resources to patients and their families
* Perform delegated and assigned tasks under the supervision of a Home Support Supervisor
* Travel within assigned regions to provide care and support to patients

Requirements:

* One of the following qualifications: Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate, RN/RPN Student, or Internationally licensed Nurse, Midwife, or Physician
* G2/G License with access to a vehicle
* Physical ability to meet the demands of the job
* Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional personal care and customer service
* Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR
* Valid Vulnerable Sector Criminal Check
* Updated immunization record, including TB Test
* Proficient verbal and written English communication skills
