Job Title: Chief Executive Officer - Financial and Business Services

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer to lead our financial and business services team at Corinex Communications Corp.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to support business objectives.
  • Establish and communicate clear objectives for the organization and ensure alignment with company policies and programs.
  • Represent the company in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to support business growth and success.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting business objectives.
  • Review and negotiate business contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Lead sales teams in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Prepare and present reports and other documents to executive committees and boards of directors.
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a financial or business services environment.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and success through effective leadership and strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company effectively in negotiations and official functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex financial and business data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
