Job Summary

The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the company, including setting goals and objectives, developing and implementing business plans, and making key decisions to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the executive team and other departments
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Operational Management
    • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
    • Establish financial and administrative controls
    • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns
    • Approve overall human resources planning
  • Financial Management
    • Establish budgetary responsibility for the company
    • Authorize and manage financial transactions
  • Human Resources
    • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff
    • Delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent the company, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company, in negotiations or other official functions
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and management skills
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
