About the Role

GTA DOOR SYSTEMS LTD is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Assist in planning and controlling budget and expenditures, ensuring that our financial resources are utilized efficiently.
  • Office Operations: Plan and organize daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and managing contracts.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Office Administration: Maintain and manage digital databases, perform data entry, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Supervision: Supervise 1-2 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Docs, Microsoft Visio, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Database software, MS Project, and Quick Books.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate and able to work in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Budgetary Responsibility: 0 - $100,000.
