Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Visiting Nurse Program in the Oshawa area. As a Visiting Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional care to patients in their homes. Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain effective care plans for patients receiving community health services
- Provide one-on-one nursing services to patients in their homes, including virtual care
- Communicate and liaise with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Perform other clinical duties as required
- Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
- Strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of patients
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- CPR Certification
- Current immunization record, including 2-step TB test
- Vulnerable sector check and clear background check
