Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Director to lead our IT projects and drive business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and scope.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies, best practices, and standards to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop project plans that meet business objectives.
  • Manage project resources, including budget, staffing, and vendor relationships, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive risk management and minimizing potential impacts on the business.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and software, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business objectives and develop project plans that meet those objectives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management certification, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Experience with IT project management, including software development, infrastructure, and operations.
  • Experience with project management tools, including JIRA, Asana, and Trello.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks, including ITIL.
