Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Business Continuity Plans: You will work closely with our business units to develop and implement business continuity plans that align with our risk management framework.
  • Provide Operational Resilience Oversight: You will provide oversight and challenge to our business units to ensure they are adequately managing operational resilience risks.
  • Support Risk Management Framework: You will support the development and implementation of our risk management framework, ensuring it is aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration on business continuity and operational resilience matters.
  • Monitor and Report on Risks: You will monitor and report on operational resilience risks, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
  • Experience in Business Continuity and Operational Resilience: You will have experience in business continuity and operational resilience, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and industry best practices.
  • Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: You will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Risk Management Frameworks: You will have knowledge of risk management frameworks, including the Group's Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF).
