  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all areas of the premises, including hallways, floors, stairs, and bathrooms.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and debris.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
  • Perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Supervise other workers and ensure they are following safety protocols.
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs, such as painting and drywall repair.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.

Requirements:

  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
