Position: Senior Manager, Fundraising
Contract Type: Temporary
Work Location: This position is primarily remote, with occasional travel required to fulfill job responsibilities.
Posting Type: Open to both internal and external candidates.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in implementing the Canadian Fundraising strategy for Tims Camps.
- Achieve specified revenue and stakeholder engagement objectives.
- Enhance relationships with existing donors and supporters while actively seeking new partnerships.
- Boost revenue from current funding streams and explore new sustainable funding avenues.
- Identify and pursue potential funding opportunities that align with Tims Camps' programs and objectives.
- Oversee stewardship and recognition initiatives in accordance with Tims Camps guidelines and donor agreements.
- Represent the Foundation at various events organized by Tim Hortons Restaurant Owners.
- Support the development and delivery of partnership fulfillment materials and impact assessments.
- Ensure that funding partnership activities are executed as per donor agreements.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, fundraising, or donor relations within the non-profit sector.
- Proven experience in senior-level relationship management and donor stewardship.
- Experience in grant writing with a successful track record in securing various types of grant funding.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Experience in formulating and executing strategic plans.
- Proficiency in budgeting and resource management.
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel across regions as needed.
