Position: Senior Manager, Fundraising
Contract Type: Temporary

Work Location: This position is primarily remote, with occasional travel required to fulfill job responsibilities.

Posting Type: Open to both internal and external candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in implementing the Canadian Fundraising strategy for Tims Camps.
  • Achieve specified revenue and stakeholder engagement objectives.
  • Enhance relationships with existing donors and supporters while actively seeking new partnerships.
  • Boost revenue from current funding streams and explore new sustainable funding avenues.
  • Identify and pursue potential funding opportunities that align with Tims Camps' programs and objectives.
  • Oversee stewardship and recognition initiatives in accordance with Tims Camps guidelines and donor agreements.
  • Represent the Foundation at various events organized by Tim Hortons Restaurant Owners.
  • Support the development and delivery of partnership fulfillment materials and impact assessments.
  • Ensure that funding partnership activities are executed as per donor agreements.
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, fundraising, or donor relations within the non-profit sector.
  • Proven experience in senior-level relationship management and donor stewardship.
  • Experience in grant writing with a successful track record in securing various types of grant funding.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Experience in formulating and executing strategic plans.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and resource management.
  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel across regions as needed.
