About This Role
We are seeking passionate and skilled Mental Health Practitioners to join our dynamic Crisis Care CAMHS team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people experiencing mental health crises.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive assessments, formulate care plans, and manage complex cases within a multidisciplinary team (MDT).
- Deliver evidence-based interventions and support to CYP experiencing mental health crises.
- Collaborate effectively with families, carers, and other professionals involved in the young person's care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative crisis care strategies.
- Supervise and mentor less experienced practitioners within the MDT.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care.
Your Skills and Experience
- Registered Mental Health Nurse or equivalent qualification.
- Extensive clinical experience working with CYP experiencing mental health crises.
- Proven ability to assess, formulate, and manage complex cases.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
