About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Bumper to Bumper. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and identify new business opportunities.
  • Take orders from customers, manage inventory, and provide quotes for new equipment as needed.
  • Expand the customer base by identifying and soliciting potential new customers.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with customers and store personnel.
  • Conduct sales activities in a professional manner to enhance the corporate image of the company.
  • Utilize computer systems, internet, and paper catalogs to identify correct parts for customer needs.
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and warranty information to customers.
  • Manage territory pipeline and opportunity using sales process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer parts orders.

Requirements:

  • Automotive Refinishing and Automotive Parts experience.
  • Experience in sales and delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Proficient knowledge of automotive operating systems.
  • Appetite for continuous learning and knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
