We're looking for enthusiastic individuals with a customer-focused attitude to join our sales team at The Brick. If you believe in putting the customer first, love solving problems, and have an outgoing personality, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant, you'll work with others to accomplish common and personal goals, assist customers with their purchases through relationship selling, and maintain knowledge of Brick products and services. You'll also be able to quickly establish rapport with others and thrive in a fast-paced commission sales environment.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Ability to learn new computer applications
  • Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings and weekends
