As a Cook, you will work in a fast-paced restaurant setting, collaborating with a team to create exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Assess food portion sizes and associated costs
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes
- Accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions
- Prepare specialized meals for patients as directed by dietitians or chefs
- Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas
- Train kitchen staff in food preparation and safety
- Oversee kitchen personnel and assist in their development
- Maintain accurate inventory and records of food and supplies
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
- Manage overall kitchen operations
This position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team.
