Key Responsibilities- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and growth.
- Insurance Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our insurance products and services, and effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Business Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop strategies to drive growth and expansion.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners, and effectively communicate business needs and opportunities.
- Education and Experience: RIBO License required, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
