Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Plan and execute inventory management processes to ensure a well-stocked and well-merchandised store for our customers.
  • Merchandising Standards: Develop and maintain merchandising standards and guidelines to ensure a consistent and appealing store environment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and support a team of inventory management and merchandising specialists to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in finding products and resolving any issues they may have.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity in inventory management and merchandising.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in inventory management and merchandising in a retail environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management software.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position working in a retail store environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
