Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Plan and execute inventory management processes to ensure a well-stocked and well-merchandised store for our customers.

- Team Leadership: Lead and support a team of inventory management and merchandising specialists to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in finding products and resolving any issues they may have.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity in inventory management and merchandising.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in inventory management and merchandising in a retail environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management software.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
This is a full-time position working in a retail store environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
