Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team at Jass Rai Construction Ltd. As a key member of our estimating department, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed estimates of labour and material costs for our construction projects.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs for construction projects
  2. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of construction costs, including labour, materials, and equipment
  3. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate and timely estimates
  4. Conduct site visits to gather data and information for estimates
  5. Prepare and submit estimate reports, quote sheets, and bid forms to clients and stakeholders
  6. Utilize quantity take-off procedures to ensure accurate estimates
  7. Advise on tendering procedures and analyze tenders to recommend awards
  8. Set up and maintain cost monitoring and reporting systems
  9. Monitor and adjust contract expenditures to ensure project profitability
  10. Liaise with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely estimates
