Senior Manager of Project and Change Management Risk

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Project and Change Management Testing Team. As a key member of our Audit, Risk & Compliance team, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing formal testing, monitoring, quality assurance, and review of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure the quality and integrity of our projects
- Manage and execute formal testing, monitoring, and quality assurance processes
- Review and analyze project results to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery
- Proven experience in project and change management testing
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and quality assurance principles
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
