Senior Manager-Project and Change Management Risk Specialist

BMO is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager-Project and Change Management Risk to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective risk management strategies to ensure the success of our projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure project success
- Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation plans
- Monitor and report on risk management metrics and key performance indicators
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on risk management best practices
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management and project governance
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
