Senior Manager-Project and Change Management Risk

BMO is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager-Project and Change Management Risk to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of project and change management risk strategies, ensuring the effective management of risks and opportunities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project and change management risk strategies to ensure the effective management of risks and opportunities across the organization.
- Lead the development and implementation of risk management plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of and understand the risks and opportunities associated with projects and changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring that all risks are properly documented and tracked.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and other stakeholders, to ensure that all parties are aware of and understand the risks and opportunities associated with projects and changes.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on risk management best practices, ensuring that all projects are properly managed and that risks are effectively mitigated.
- Develop and maintain risk management metrics and reports, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of and understand the risks and opportunities associated with projects and changes.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or risk management.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project and change management risk management, with a focus on risk assessment, mitigation, and monitoring.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management strategies, with a focus on ensuring the effective management of risks and opportunities across the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
