Job Summary:
Brandt is seeking a skilled Parts Coordinator to join our team at our Regina Customer Support Center location. This role is responsible for placing customer orders across our extensive network of locations spanning from coast to coast.
About the Role:
- Provide accurate pricing and inventory shipping times to customers
- Assist customers by navigating multiple parts lookup systems
- Support other Brandt field staff members
- Collaborate with multiple vendors to offer customers various options
- Participate in continuous training to maintain the highest level of service
- Assist other departments to foster a harmonious working environment
- Perform various other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous industry experience is considered an asset but not necessary
- Experience with technical programs
- Recent graduates are welcomed and encouraged to apply
- Superior customer service skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft applications
- Understanding of working in a group environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to multiple parts and inventory systems
