Restaurant Manager Job Description

Island Burgers Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are motivated and productive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, including responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and drive customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
