Job Summary

Island Burgers Inc is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, controlling inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and training to staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and promotions.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the restaurant is operating within budget.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in food service management, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
